Germicidal ultraviolet technology is effective, economical, safe, quick, and easy to use. It operates without the use of heat or chemicals. UV Water Purifiers for Commercial Baking
SANITRON® UV Water Purifiers
Each model is well-featured and can utilize a number of different optional accessories, such as an Ultraviolet Monitor or similar device for a more in-depth knowledge of the water purifier’s operation. Model S2400C purifiers are available with alternate inlet/outlet fittings, and can be combined to handle higher flow rates.

MEGATRON® UV Water Disinfection System
The most-featured of all our water purifiers, the MEGATRON® is a completely self-contained disinfection system containing multiple STER-L-RAY ® Germicidal UV Lamps. Chambers can be combined to handle larger flows. The Automatic Wiper series permits unattended mechanical cleaning of the quartz sleeve.

MIGHTY★PURE® UV Water Purifiers
These models, which can process from 3 to 20 gallons per minute, offer superior quality and numerous standard features. Several optional accessories are available, such as a UV Monitor. Models MP36C and MP49C are available with certification for NSF®/ANSI Standard 55, Class B.

Tank Master™ UV Liquid Storage Sanitizers
Tank Master™ provides in-place ultraviolet disinfection, helping to maintain the quality of the air space and liquid contents of a storage tank. Proper sizing, ultraviolet transmission/absorbance, and proximity to the UV lamp all affect results. Models are available with 1 or 2 STER-L-RAY ® lamps.

UV Air & Surface Models for Commercial Baking
Sani·Ray® UV Recessed Air & Surface Irradiators
These stainless steel, recessed fixtures should be used in open, unoccupied spaces to help prevent the growth of microorganisms in air and on surfaces. Sani·Ray® models are available with 1, 2, or 4 STER-L-RAY ® lamps and can be mounted on the wall or ceiling.

SaniLIGHT® UV Air & Surface Irradiators
SaniLIGHT® stainless steel models produce direct UV rays for use in an open, unoccupied space to help prevent growth of bacteria, mold, virus, and fungi. These fixtures are available with 1 or 2 STER-L-RAY ® Instant Start, High Output (HO), or Cold Cathode UV-C Lamps, and can be mounted to the wall or ceiling.

Nutripure® UV Storage Tank Sanitary Conditioners
Nutripure® Sanitary Conditioners are used commercially to ventilate the air space in liquid storage tanks by way of STER-L-RAY ® Germicidal UV Lamps. They provide forced, bacteria-free air to the space above the liquid, preventing condensation that can dilute the liquid and promote the growth of bacteria and mold.
Potential Applications: Liquid Sugar Storage Tanks | Shop Nutripure® Models
AeroLogic® UV Air Duct Disinfection
These fixtures install inside new or existing HVAC air ducts to inactivate airborne bacteria, mold, and virus. They are available in standard or High Output (HO) varieties, with 1, 2, or 4 STER-L-RAY ® lamps. An observation port allows for visual inspection of lamp operation.

SANITAIRE® UV Room Air Disinfection
SANITAIRE® fixtures help prevent infection from airborne microbes—particularly in poorly ventilated areas or situations where the risk of cross infection is high. Several model configurations adapt to any setting—whether mounted on the wall, installed in a T-bar ceiling, or placed on a level surface.
Potential Applications: Storage Rooms, Fermentation Rooms | Shop SANITAIRE® Models
Hygeaire® UV Indirect Air Disinfection
These fixtures project UV rays across upper room air, destroying bacteria and virus that are carried into the ultraviolet field by convection currents or air circulation. The risk of cross infection is reduced as occupants are protected from infectious, airborne microbes.

Sanidyne® UV Portable Area Sanitizers
Sanidyne models provide germicidal ultraviolet disinfection for air and exposed surfaces in unoccupied areas, by means of 8 STER-L-RAY ® High Output (HO) Germicidal UV Lamps. Full portability makes these models ideal for locations where permanent sanitizers may not be an option.
