Atlantic Ultraviolet Corporation® has recently published a 3-part video series detailing how to use BuyUltraviolet.com. Part 1 shows how to search the site, Part 2 goes over product pages, and Part 3 looks at the checkout process. Watch all 3 below.
Part 1: How to Use BuyUltraviolet.com Search Function
Part 1 of the series looks at how to navigate and search the site using the top search bar, the gray search box, and the product filter sidebar. It shows users several ways they can find the product they’re looking for. It also gives an overview of the footer, as well as the Live Chat function.
Part 2: Product Pages
Part 2 is a detailed tutorial of how to use the UV Water, UV Air & Surface, and UV Lamps pages. It also looks at a the various components of a specific product page, as well as a specific lamp page. It shows users how to write a review for a specific product, or for BuyUltraviolet.com in general.
Part 3: Checkout Process
Part 3 of the series goes over the checkout process. Users will be taught how to sign in, checkout as a guest, or create an account to complete their purchase. This video also shows users the 3 available payment options, receiving their order confirmation, tracking their order, and looking up their order history.
