The GPH436T5VH-4 
Germicidal UV Lamp is a 4-pin, single ended lamp that is 21 watts and 436 mm in length. In addition, it is classified as a preheat, ozone-producing lamp with standard output. This lamp has a rated effective life of 10,000 hours and should be changed once a year. The GPH436T5VH-4 germicidal lamp is well suited to applications requiring high ultraviolet intensity, such as purification in forced air duct systems, water, and conveyorized product disinfection.
