The STER-L-RAY ® (by Atlantic Ultraviolet Corporation®) Equivalent Replacement germicidal UV-C lamp for Glasco 8040 (part #05-1017A-R) 
is a 4-pin, single-ended lamp that is 75 watts and 1554 mm in length. It is additionally classified as a preheat lamp with standard output. This lamp has a rated effective life of 10,000 hours and should be changed once a year.
