This STER-L-RAY ® (by Atlantic Ultraviolet Corporation®) Aquafine 18063 UV Lamp (part #05-0716) 
is 41 watts and 856 mm in length. It is an instant start, ozone-producing lamp with standard output. This lamp has a rated effective life 10,000 hours and should be changed once a year. This germicidal lamp is well-suited to applications requiring high ultraviolet intensity, such as purification in forced air duct systems, water, and conveyorized product disinfection.
Atlantic Ultraviolet’s part number 05-0716 is an equivalent replacement for this lamp and is used in other equipment as follows:
