With 3 models, and so many configurations, how do you select the right AeroLogic® Air Duct Disinfection System?
Our application specialists remove the guesswork, helping you select the AeroLogic® unit that will provide your location with adequate disinfection. Homes, apartments, hotels, offices, schools, gymnasiums, hospitals, clinics, laboratories, manufacturing plants, and prisons are just a few potential applications that benefit from this system.
Exposure to ultraviolet radiation can be harmful, so a safety procedure during maintenance is important. All models require professional installation, but once your safety procedure is in place, professional maintenance is not needed. Just an occasional quartz sleeve cleaning and once a year lamp replacement is all the unit requires.
The AeroLogic® is designed to work on public power supplies around the world. A standard NEMA 5-15 three-prong plug comes equipped on the 120v 50/60 HZ unit, and a continental European plug on the 230v 50/60 HZ unit.
AeroLogic® One Lamp Air Duct Models – AERO For Your Home
AeroLogic® AERO’s anodized aluminum alloy construction is lightweight for use in most residential HVAC ducts. The anodized surface has increased durability and additional corrosion resistance.
This model is equipped with a water-resistant power cord rated for indoor/outdoor use and a liquid-tight cord grip to form a “drip-proof” assembly. Partial install means the lamp is inside the air duct while the Surelite™ Electronic Ballast remains outside the air duct.
A CRYSTAL CLEAR™ Quartz Sleeve is standard and houses the STER-L-RAY ® Instant Start Germicidal Lamp, which kills virtually all microorganisms. It protects the lamp from dirt and insulates it from low air temperatures. The included Observation Port / Sight Glass Assembly. allows for safe visual lamp check.
AeroLogic® One and Two Lamp Air Duct Disinfection System – Model AD
Model AD is scaled for the HVAC unit in your home, commercial, or industrial location. It’s equipped with 1 or 2 STER-L-RAY ® Instant Start Germicidal Lamps and is constructed of passivated and electropolished type 304 stainless steel for ultimate durability.
Like the AERO, the AD also has partial install and an included Observation Port / Sight Glass Assembly. AD also includes LED Indicator Lights for lamp check.
AeroLogic® Two and Four Lamp Air Duct Units – Model ADHO
Model ADHO is constructed of type 304 stainless steel to provide ultimate durability in demanding commercial and industrial environments. It’s equipped with 2 or 4 STER-L-RAY ® High Output (HO) Lamps. STER-L-RAY ® High Output (HO) germicidal UV lamps are similar in size and shape to conventional germicidal UV lamps but are capable of operating at higher UV output.
In addition to the partial installation option, model ADHO has a full internal mount option, in which the entire unit, lamps, and the Surelite™ Electronic Ballast , mount inside the HVAC air duct. ADHO has an included Observation Port / Sight Glass Assembly. and LED Indicator Lights for lamp check.
Optional Accessories Available
As an extra safety precaution, all models can benefit from the optional Zenith™ UV-C Detector . This hand-held meter ensures the level of germicidal radiation is within acceptable limits.
The SENTINEL® Remote Lamp Indicator monitors operation away from the unit itself, such as at a nurses’ station or administration desk. ArmorLite™ Safety Shield protects you, products, and your environment from broken lamp fragments and mercury contamination when accidents occur. Both options are available on AD and ADHO. CRYSTAL CLEAR™ Quartz Sleeves come standard with AERO and are an available option for AD and ADHO.
