The STER-L-RAY® equivalent replacement for Germicidal Ultraviolet Lamp Steril-Aire 20000500 (part #05-0456-R) 
is a 2-Pin, double-ended lamp that is 110 watts and 1025 mm in length. It is additionally classified by Steril-Aire as a high output (VO), low ozone-producing lamp. Since this lamp has a rated effective life 13,000 hours, it only needs to be changed once a year.
